Returns for all members
30 days to return
You can return your merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days from the purchase date.
Full refund in store credit
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse, we will do a quick inspection and if everything is OK, we will credit your account for the full amount in store credit, which you can use for your next order.

You don't have to explain or justify why you want to return.
Free return shipping
We will email you a pre-paid UPS return shipping label. You print it out, slap it on the box and then just leave the box at any UPS store or dropoff box.
Returns for VIP card holders
365 days to return
As a VIP card holder, time is not an issue. You can return your merchandise in the original packaging for a whole year (365 days) from the purchase date.
Full cash refund
For our VIP card holder, we will reimburse any refunds in cash directly to your credit card once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse.
