What is the difference between Adrenaline GTS 20 and 21?
There’s not much difference between, say the 20 and 21, but when compared to legacy models like the GTS 17, the difference is stark. The Adrenaline of today is softer than the vintage Ghost(s), so that’s saying something. Brooks calls the midsole foam DNA Loft, but for all practical purposes, it’s an EVA foam blend.

Should I size up in Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21?
David: Overall the fit of the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21 fits a little on the snug side. The shoe fit me quite well being a half size up at men’s 10 when my normal size is 9.5. It should still work true to size but the upper is constructed to be true to size with maximum security throughout.

Is Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21 good for walking?
This shoe does a good job of keeping your foot in place. The outsole is very similar to the previous iteration. It’s full of blown rubber for grip and has flex grooves for added flexibility. The shoe is holding up well with very little wear after almost 40 miles.
