How long do you think the seat will last for your child – the brand suggests it can be used up to 18 months (although the 13kg it suggests tends to be more like 15 months)? I definitely think that we will get 18 months out of the Jané Matrix Light 2, as Lucy is 16 months old and still well under the 13kg weight limit.
