Being homeless taught me that I am more resilient than I ever imagined. I have coped with not knowing where I would be sleeping, staying in strangers houses and having a negative bank balance. To top it off, I coped with all of that whilst struggling with PTSD. I couldn’t change where I would be sleeping.
