Beacon Hall is located on the Science and Technology Campus and serves as the primary housing location for graduate students. Beacon Hall offers graduate and doctoral students a selection of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bed/two bath apartments.

Townhouses A, B, and C are available to upperclass residents. This is the campus housing area most like an independent living situation. They are located one-eighth of a mile from the Fairfax Campus on Chainbridge Road (Route 123).
