Where should Pulls be placed on kitchen drawers?
Pulls should be placed horizontally on drawers. For small drawers (less than 24” wide) center the knobs or pulls in both directions. Just like on larger drawers, pulls should be placed horizontally. Knobs and pulls can also be placed centered at the very top of the drawer panel, where the drawer rail begins.
Where do you put the pulls on deep drawers?
For standard drawers, the correct cabinet knob placement is typically with knobs centered vertically, so they will be in the center of the panel. For extra deep drawers, you may install knobs centered in the top third of the drawer or on the top rail if you prefer. This creates a more contemporary look.

If your cabinets have slab doors without stiles, cabinet pulls are usually 2 to 3 inches up from the bottom edge of the door. They will be the same distance in from the side edge. Measure and mark this location with a pencil. When installing a knob, this marked location will be where you drill your screw hole.
